In 2024 Thomas joined ArthroLase, a team pioneering the future of orthopedics with an intelligent joint resurfacing system. This is possible by means of robotic laser bone shaping – creating a non-contact, high speed, precise system.

Thomas is currently working the HAiLO Medical Device as a mechanical engineer across a variety of exciting projects.
